Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, provided no customization (fall, pico, tassels, edging, etc.) has been done.

Customized or made-to-order products (with tassels, fall, pico, phundana, net etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sarees above ₹10,000 are not eligible for return/exchange.
